What Hospitable is built around
Hospitable is property management software built around guest messaging and calendar sync. It connects to your existing Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com listings rather than replacing them, and adds cleaning task automation and optional dynamic pricing on top.
Guest messaging automation
You set up message templates for each property and choose when each one is sent, for example two days before check-in. Hospitable fills in each property's details, such as the Wi-Fi password or key safe code, and sends the message for every booking on every connected platform. At five messages per booking and thirty bookings a year, that's 150 messages a year for each property that no longer need writing or sending by hand.
Calendar sync across booking platforms
Hospitable keeps bookings and availability in sync across connected platforms, so a night booked on one is blocked on the others. It connects directly to the major platforms rather than relying only on calendar (iCal) links, which can take hours to update. If you only list on one platform, you don't need this yet. Cleaning tasks and changeovers
Hospitable can create a cleaning task automatically for each checkout, assign it to whoever does your changeovers, attach a checklist, and let you follow progress through a teammate portal. Dynamic pricing
Hospitable offers its own dynamic pricing, which adjusts nightly rates with demand. After a free trial it is charged per property per month. It also connects to separate pricing tools such as PriceLabs and Beyond, so you don't have to switch if you already use one.
How Hospitable pricing is structured
Hospitable has a free Essentials plan as well as paid plans. Paid plans include a set number of properties, and each extra property adds a monthly fee. When something else may fit better
- If you only list on Airbnb, its own scheduled messages may cover what you need for now.
- If a direct booking website is your priority, systems built around one, such as Lodgify, may suit you better.
- If you run a large portfolio with owners to report to, platforms built for larger operators may fit better.
