Notes, not a review: this page describes what Hospitable does. We haven't rated it or made a recommendation yet - that section is below, and it's currently empty on purpose.

Hospitable - what it actually automates

A plain breakdown of Hospitable's core tools, for hosts trying to work out whether automation would solve their actual problem.

What it's built around

Hospitable centres on three things: keeping calendars in sync across booking platforms, automating the guest messages around a stay, and adjusting pricing without you manually checking each listing.

Platforms synced
Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and a direct booking site option
Core focus
Messaging automation, calendar sync, dynamic pricing
Typical user
Hosts listing on more than one platform who want less manual message-sending
Setup
Connects to existing listings rather than replacing them

Guest messaging

Message sequences can be set up per property, triggered by booking events - confirmation, check-in details, mid-stay check-in, checkout reminder, review request. Messages can be templated with property-specific details filled in automatically.

Calendar & channel sync

Bookings and availability sync across connected platforms, intended to prevent double-bookings when listing the same property in more than one place.

Pricing tools

A dynamic pricing feature adjusts nightly rates based on demand signals, rather than requiring manual rate changes across each connected listing.

Where it fits alongside a turnover routine

Hospitable handles the messaging and calendar side of operations - it doesn't manage cleaners or turnovers directly. Hosts using both message automation and a structured turnover routine typically pair it with a separate cleaning-coordination process (see the turnovers guide).

Our rated verdict and recommendation for Hospitable will go here once we've used it properly across a real booking cycle, following our published methodology.
